Hello and welcome!

I'm Donna, the reborn artist behind Little Punkins. I am also an avid doll collector. I love all sorts of dolls! One of my earliest memories is being in a doll shop... trying to pick out my birthday present! I do believe I ended up with a walking bride doll. I began my collecting many many years ago with my childhood Barbies. There is not a room in my home that doesn't have a doll of some sort in it! Even my kitchen is graced with 'Apple Dumplin'! I suppose the love of dolls and painting came from my mother as she also collected her beloved dolls and was an accomplished, award winning artist.

Several years ago, I stumbled across a newspaper article about a 'baby' being left in a vehicle. Law enforcement actually broke into the vehicle to rescue the baby! Thank goodness this baby was a remarkable reborn! So lifelike it had to be rescued! The article listed several links to the reborn world...

It was a dream come true! I was instantly in love and intrigued! An art form that combines my love of dolls and painting! I feel blessed to have the talent and ability to create these wonderful Little Punkins! I thank the Lord for each day He gives me and the joy I receive from reborning!

It is an ongoing learning experience with the hopes and goals each baby reborned is better than the last. I learn something new and exciting with each baby. Each is unique and different from any other, no two can ever be exactly the same! New techniques are always being tried and improvements made. I began reborning in 2008. I continue to love this art and strive for improvement with each baby!
